SPIN TRAINING STARTS TONIGHT!

Ok boys time to get out the seated Biker pants...because it's time again for spin class. Class starts at 7:00 sharp at the Bayclub in one city center. Be there 15 inutes early to ensure you get a bike and the full workout. The cost is $6.00 and will allow you to have full use of the facility after the class. Everybody is Welcome so any of the Old boys who would like to join.....come on down.
